Our Services

We develop systems that add heat and moisture to fresh concrete under controlled conditions. This makes it possible to control the process in a product-specific way and allows the concrete to harden more quickly and evenly.

The advantages are more effective utilisation times of the concrete moulds, optimised storage capacities, consistent product quality in both summer and winter, savings on cement and colour pigments, uniform colour quality, harder corners and edges, improved abrasion resistance and increased durability.

Depending on the requirements, we integrate different system components for heating or cooling, moisturisation and/or air circulation. In addition, we offer project-specific, made-to-measure container systems, experimental containers, curing racks, curing chambers and tent solutions, as well as various software solutions for data acquisition and analysis.

The CureComplete complete system

With CureComplete, we offer you a complete, efficient system for concrete curing that integrates individually sized components for controlling heat, humidity and air circulation, depending on the project requirements. All solutions can be implemented in our large-capacity chambers as well as in single-chamber solutions.

CureSteam LOW-PRESSURE STEAM GENERATORS

We manufacture high-quality low-pressure steam generators as important components for optimised concrete curing. Whereas traditional steam boilers require high amounts of energy during the heating phase and in operation in order to evaporate the water, our CureSteam low-pressure steam generators provide steam within a few seconds.

Would you like to test our systems first, to check the exact design and dimensioning of your system in advance or to be sure that you want to work with us? Then contact us! With our special experimental container, we offer you the possibility of testing the different concrete curing methods in your own trial run, using your own products, anywhere in Europe.
