Hollow Core elements are manufactured with extruders on long beds which are placed either indoors or outdoors. In the past, hardening was achieved by using steam. However, the result of condensate forms a pool of water on the factory floor.
It is sufficient to use heating coils mounted under the beds in which hot water circulates. This should be done in connection with a tarp cover of the product.
This avoids the formation of the condensate.
