The curing of Concrete roof tiles requires, in addition to the controlled heat transfer, also a controlled addition of moisture, similar to paving- and curb stones.
The reason for this is that the fresh concrete for these products usually has a low water content (dry cast) in order to be able to press the product into shape.
For this it is necessary to create an environment in which the product does not "dry" but, by the addition of moisture in the curing chamber, cures in a controlled manner and thus the cement also has the opportunity to completely react. Increasing the temperature in these chambers accelerates the curing process.
